Meal Plans and Meal Spontaneity
Well, I did not think I would have enough cookbooks that I have purchased over the past year that I haven’t even cooked from yet to cover the large majority of October as I post for Vegan MoFo. Surely I am not that crazy and/or wasteful, right?
… ahem.
In other news, The Husband is blessing me with another of those rare occasions where he cooks for me. He’s making me a yakisoba as we speak! No midnight waffles tonight… just… 11PM-ish yakisoba.
What’s a yakisoba? Go ask your mother.
(PS - Never fear, he’s making it from scratch. And here’s a Wiki explanation of a yakisoba. Not the Maruchan version, he’s well past that stage.)
