Vegan eats at India K’Raja!  Navrattan Bahaar, Chana Masala and Jasmine Rice.

Very good… must must confess, I like my Chana Masala better.  And by mine, I really mean Isa’s and Post Punk Kitchen’s.  I really dug the veggie curry though, I’m surprised I listened to my stomach and stopped when I did… can’t wait until I tear open the left-overs!

Cabbage Patch Tofu Combo at Quenna’s Raw & Vegan. Great meal after a long day!

This is the Cabbage Patch Tofu combo: red cabbage leaf STUFFED with tofu, sprouts, tomato, beets, and a million other veggies! Comes with a beautiful side salad (behind all that gorgeousness) and a bit of mushroom appetizer, stuffed with marinated bulgur (they call “kush”) and topped with sweet carrot. Oh my yum!

The Happy Herbivore Cookbook:  Veggie, Bean & Quinoa Croquettes over spinach and burger buns (hot dog buns suffered a wardobe malfunction) and Easy Macaroni and Cheese.  Super Bowl Sunday dinner… I thought it deserved a +1 Water to go with, why not?
