Post-Holiday dinner. I wanted something simple. I wanted something with a side of broccoli. I wanted beans. I wanted rice.
Enter Quick-Fix Vegetarian Beans and Rice. So easy (and easy to customize if you so wish, which I did since this was my second time making it).
This song then became a fixture in my head.
